Curriculum
Little Acorns follows the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. The curriculum is play based and ensures that children receive high-quality, developmentally appropriate learning experiences, which means it is tailored to each child’s individual needs.
The EYFS sets out seven areas of learning and development that all children should experience and learn from:

Creativity blooms through art, music, role play, and crafts that stimulate imagination and self-expression.

Explorers: 2 and 3 year-olds room
Our twos and threes’ room is a space full of curiosity, exploration and plenty of fun. We find that our two and three-year-olds grow and change so quickly and we are here to support ever step of the way through lots of learning through play. Our daily routine provides the structure and comfort that children thrive on. From snack time to quiet time, each part of the day is designed to help children feel safe, secure and ready to learn.
