At Little Acorns Pre School, we are committed to offering affordable, high-quality care in a nurturing environment. Our fees are structured as follows:
2-3 Years
Universal 15 hours: Government funding
Universal 30 hours: Government funding
Extended hours: £25 per week
Full time weekly rate: £220
Daily rate: £44
Morning rate: £19.50
Afternoon rate: £19.50
3-4 Years
Universal 15 hours: Government funding
Universal 30 hours: Government funding
Extended hours: £25 per week
Full time weekly rate: £190
Daily rate: £38
Morning rate: £16.50
Afternoon rate: £16.50
💡 Payment Details
📜 Payment Details
- Fees are payable at the start of each term.
- We accept payments via bank transfer, childcare vouchers, and government-funded childcare schemes.
- Late payments may incur additional charges, please contact us if you anticipate any difficulties.
🔄 Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Please provide at least four weeks’ written notice for withdrawal or session changes.
- Fees are non-refundable for missed sessions due to illness or holidays.
- Contact us directly for any exceptional circumstances.

- trained qualified team members taking care of your child
- regular updates about your child and their progress
- a range of indoor and outdoor activities tailored to the needs of your child
- snacks, drinks, wipes and local outings/library visits
- use of the local school sports hall
- forest school classes with a fully trained leader.
🗓️ When Can I Use the Government Funding?
Funding Eligibility

How to Apply
You can apply online at GOV.UK. You’ll need to make sure you have the following information to hand before starting the application:
- your national insurance number (or unique taxpayer reference if you are self-employed)
- the date you started or are due to start work
- details of any government support or benefits you receive
- the UK birth certificate reference number (if you have one) for your child.
Application Deadlines
We recommend you contact Little Acorns as early as possible to secure your place.
