This month, we invited all of our families to join us for a magical morning filled with breakfast, crafts, cake decorating and of course, the main event meeting Father Christmas.

With crumpets, toast, fruit, juice, tea and coffee, there was plenty for everyone to enjoy. Families gathered around the tables, chatting, laughing and tucking into a delicious breakfast. Our craft stations were busy too, with children decorating cakes and making snowmen.

Once tummies were full and hands were glittery, Father Christmas made his grand entrance. He sang songs with the children, asked about their Christmas wishes, and spread a little extra magic around the room before giving each child a special gift. We were also delighted to welcome Alison from Sharoe Green Library, who kindly shared some wonderful Christmas stories that brought calm, imagination and warmth to the morning.

It truly was a lovely event, and we’d like to extend a heartfelt thankyou to everyone who helped make it so special – our staff, volunteers, visiting guests and all the families who joined in with such enthusiasm.
