Breakfast with Father Christmas

This month, we invited all of our families to join us for a magical morning filled with breakfast, crafts, cake decorating and of course, the main event meeting Father Christmas.
Meeting animals with ZooLab

It’s been a busy month for visitors. No sooner had our teddies left the building we welcomed some real animals to come and play. ZooLab joined us for the morning to teach the children about the changing seasons and how different wildlife adapts to a variety of habitats throughout the year.
Teddy hospital came to visit

We were delighted to welcome a group of fourth and fifth-year student doctors and nurses from Royal Preston Hospital, who came to give all of our teddies a full health check and make sure they were fighting fit.

Exploring nature – forest school

At Little Acorns Pre-School in Fulwood, learning doesn’t just happen inside the classroom – it thrives outdoors, too. One of the most exciting parts of the week is the forest school sessions with The Woodland School where children embrace the great outdoors and connect with nature through hands-on experiences.
